The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Yamaha MT-07 models from the construction years 2018 to 2020. This accessories are used to secure a tank bag directly on the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery of this product includes the tanking and a customizable counter holder, which can be installed depending on the tank shape and the handlebars on the tank bag. The tank lid remains fully accessible even when tanking is attached, which the use is considerably simplified.

The assembly of the tanking is uncomplicated. Users only need this tanking and a compatible tank bag for the Yamaha MT-07 model mentioned. Information on compatibility with other models or universal tankers can be called up via the manufacturer's database or checklist.

Differences to other tanking systems

The basic tanking differs primarily from the lock-it system by the type of locking. While the Lock-IT tanking also uses magnets for the centering, the locking is purely mechanical for the basic model. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information: tank bags and counterholder must always be part of the same system. A change between basic and lock-IT systems is not possible.
