The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha MT-03 motorcycle model from 2006 to 2013. This product enables safe and easy attachment of tank bags of the same brand.

The tanking includes both the ring itself and a counter holder, which is attached to the tank shape and the handlebar on the tank bag. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even when tanking is attached.

Differences to other models

Compared to the Lock-IT fenuso fuel from Hepco & Becker, which are also equipped with magnets for centering, the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. However, both systems use the same metallic base ring.

Further information: A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa. It is important to ensure that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
