Product description: Case carrier for KLR 650 Tengai

General information

The suitcase carrier of Hepco & Becker for the motorcycle model KLR 650 Tengai, built in 1989 to 1991, is a robust and durable solution for attaching side cases. This product is specially developed for the model years mentioned and offers seamless integration with the motorcycle frame.

Technical details

The case carrier is permanently screwed to the frame of the machine, which ensures stable and safe assembly. The construction made of steel tube guarantees high resilience and durability. With a diameter of 16 mm, the steel tube offers a robust base for the assembly of hard shell side cases from Hepco & Becker. In addition, the original position of the turn signals usually remains unchanged, which increases the safety in road traffic.

Assembly and security

The suitcase carrier is assembled by a firm screw connection on the motorcycle frame, whereby all the necessary assembly materials and instructions are included in the scope of delivery. For the theft fuse of the suitcases, a metal retail is required, which is attached to the case carrier via a lock adapter. This adapter is usually part of the scope of delivery of the side cases and is mounted on both sides of the carrier.
