Product description: Tanking Basic for Indian Scout/Sixty

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the models Indian Scout and Indian Scout Sixty from the years of construction 2015 to 2024. This product enables a safe and easy attachment of a tank bag directly to the motorcycle tank.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and the corresponding counterholder, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar. A special feature of this system is that the tank cover can be easily opened with mounted tanking, which makes it much easier to use the handling in everyday life.

The assembly of the tanking is uncomplicated and only requires the tanking itself and a compatible tank bag for the motorcycle models mentioned.

The basic tanking differs from the Lock-IT tanking by its purely mechanical locking, while the lock-IT also works with magnets for centering. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further important information: A tank bag with Lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tank ring and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
