The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic for the Honda VfR 800 F model, built in 2014 to 2020, is a practical solution for assembling tank bags. This product enables the tank bag to be securely and easy to attach to the motorcycle.

In addition to the ring, the scope of delivery of the tankring Basic also includes an adaptable counter holder, which is installed depending on the tank shape and the handlebar attack on the tank bag. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which the use considerably simplifies.

Only a tank bag especially for the Honda VfR 800 F model is also required to make the system complete. Information on model-specific fueling rings can be found in the "Mein Bike" database or can be accessed in the shop via a manual checklist.

Differences between lock-it and basic tankingen:

While the general functioning and handling of both tanking variants remains the same, the basic tanking is different from the exclusively mechanical locking. The Lock-IT fenkring also supports magnets in the centering. The assembly plates are identical to both variants, only the attachments differ.

It should also be noted that a tank bag with lock-IT counterholder cannot be installed on a basic tanking and vice versa, since the systems are not compatible.
