Product description: Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic for Honda ST 1300 Pan European

The Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic is specially designed for the Honda ST 1300 Pan European motorcycle model, which was produced in the construction years 2002 to 2016. This accessory enables a safe and easy assembly of a tank bag directly on the fuel tank of the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery of this product includes the tanking and a customizable counter holder, which is attached to the tank and the handlebars on the tank bag depending on the shape of the tank and the impact. Even if the tanking is attached, access to the fuel cap remains without restrictions.

For the installation of the tanking, only the purchase of a compatible tank bag is required for the aforementioned motorcycle model. The assembly instructions and specific information about this model can be found in the "My Bike" database or can be accessed via the checklist in the online shop.

Differences between basic and lock-IT fenkringen

The basic tanking works via a purely mechanical locking, whereas the lock-IT tanking also uses magnets for the centering. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information: A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking belong to the same system.
