The Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic is specially designed for the Honda CRF 1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports in the construction years 2020 to 2023. This component is used to attach a compatible tank bag directly on the motorcycle tank.

Product features and scope of delivery

The scope of delivery includes the tanking basic, which is delivered together with a counter holder. This counter holder can be attached to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar. Even if the tanking is attached, access to the fuel cap remains without restrictions.

Technical details and assembly

The tanking enables safe and stable assembly of the tank bag. The backpack is securely fixed by a mechanical lock and can quickly be resolved again by simply handling the belt. In Germany, no general operating license (ABE) or an entry in the vehicle documents is necessary for the use of the tank bag system. A maximum payload of around 3 kg is recommended, although the maximum speed with a fueled tank bag should not exceed 130 km/h.
