The Alurack from Hepco & Becker for the CRF 1000 L Africa Twin (construction years 2016-2017) is a tailor-made solution for luggage intake, which was specially developed for this motorcycle model. It consists of a robust base of the steel and a carrier plate made of aluminum, which offers high stability and an appealing look. The aluminum was designed so that it fits seamlessly into the design of the machine and at the same time offers functional advantages.

Additional Information

The aluminum rack enables the easy assembly of Hepco & Becker topcases or soft luggage. It is designed that no universal plastic plate is required. The recommended payload is 5 kg, and the maximum recommended driving speed with a mounted luggage rack is 130 km/h. Please note the information on assembly and the recommendations of the motorcycle manufacturer regarding the payload.

Please note that heavy luggage should preferably be transported in the side cases or the tank bag to ensure driving safety. The aluminum rack was developed exclusively for the standard condition of the machine and is not tested with possibly attached accessories such as special exhaust systems, license plate holders or other indicators.

The luggage rack does not require any general operating license (ABE) or an entry in the vehicle documents.
