Ducati Monster 821 [2014-2017] - Tanking Basic including counterpart tank sac

The Hepco & Becker tanking basic is a fastening solution developed specially for the Ducati Monster 821 (construction years 2014-2017). The tanking enables quick and safe installation of a corresponding tank bag on the machine.

The scope of delivery of this product includes the tanking basic, which establishes a direct and stable connection between the tank and tank bag. In addition, a suitable counter holder is included, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the specific tank shape and handlebar. The construction of the tanking allows the fuel cap to open the fuel cap even without any problems mounted.

Differences to other tankingen

The basic tanking differs from the Lock-IT tanking by its purely mechanical locking, while the lock-IT also uses magnets to center. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information: tank bags and counterholder must be part of the same system in order to be compatible. A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder cannot be assembled on a basic tank ring and Vice Versa.
