Overview of the tanking basic for Ducati Diavel V4

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Ducati Diavel V4 motorcycle model, built in 2023 to 2025. This system enables quick and safe attachment of a corresponding tank bag directly to the machine's fuel tank.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and a customizable counter holder, which is mounted on the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar. Access to the tank cover remains unimpeded even with assembled tanking.

Comparison between basic and lock-IT fenkringen

The basic tanking works similarly to the lock-IT tanking, but with a purely mechanical locking mechanism without magnetic support for centering. Both systems use the same model-specific metal ring, however, differ in the type of cathedral (plastic at basic, magnetically at Lock-IT).

It should be noted that tank bags and counterholder within the same system must be compatible in order to ensure correct function.
