Product description: Tanking Basic for BMW R NINET

This motorcycle accessories from Hepco & Becker, specially developed for the BMW R NINET model of the construction years 2014 to 2016, is used to secure tank bags. The scope of delivery includes both the tanking basic and the corresponding counterholder, which is installed on the tank shape and the handlebar on the tank bag. Access to the tank cover remains without restrictions even with fueling fueling.

The installation of the tanking enables stable and secure attachment of the tank bag, which is simply put on and securely fixed using a mechanical lock. The unlocking mechanism is located at the front of the tank bag and enables easy weight loss by activity in the direction of travel.

Differences to other tanking systems

Compared to the Lock-IT fueling from Hepco & Becker, which also use magnets for centering, the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring, but differ in the type of domes mounted on the tanking.

In addition, it should be noted that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible within the same system in order to function correctly.
