The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the motorcycle model BMW M 1000 RR of the construction years 2023 to 2025. This accessory enables a safe and easy attachment of a tank bag directly to the vehicle.

The scope of delivery of the product includes the tanking and an adaptable counter holder, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebar. An important function of tanking is that the fuel cap can be opened without any problems even with the ring mounted.

For the installation you only need this tanking and a compatible tank bag for the BMW M 1000 RR from model year 2023. Further information on specific tankers for various models can be found in the "My Bike" database or by a manual review in the shop category "Tankring Basic".

Differences to other tankingen

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the Lock-IT fueling also uses magnets for centering, the BASIC model is used to lock purely mechanically. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information: A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa, since both systems use different fastening mechanisms.
