Product description: Tanking Basic for Yamaha Tracer 900/GT

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha Tracer 900 and Tracer GT in the construction years 2018 to 2020. This accessory is used to secure and stable attach a tank bag to the aforementioned motorcycle model series.

The scope of delivery of the product includes the tanking and an adaptable counter holder, which is mounted on the tank bag depending on the specific tank shape and handlebar impact. The assembly of the tanking does not affect the accessibility or the function of the fuel cap, which can be opened without any problems even when the ring is attached.

The installation of the tanking requires no further adjustments or special tools and, together with a corresponding tank bag from Hepco & Becker, the equipment is complete.

The basic tanking works exclusively with the mechanical locking system, in contrast to the Lock-IT fenkringen, which are also equipped with magnets for centering. Although both systems use the same basic metal ring, the components attached are different and not compatible with opposite holders of the other system.
