Akrapovic's Evolution Line (Titanium) YZ450F 2026 exhaust system is the result of a close collaboration between the Akrapovic Racing R&D team and the Yamaha MXGP team. This state-of-the-art, ultra-lightweight titanium exhaust system improves performance across the entire rev range. It is specifically designed to maximize flow and reduce back pressure, increasing engine response and performance. Dyno tests show a power increase of +1.8 kW (2.4 hp) at 10,600 rpm and +1.5 Nm at 10,500 rpm compared to the stock system.

The exhaust system is 20.4% lighter than the standard model and is characterized by extreme durability. It corresponds to the FIM noise limits for competition use. Installation is easy and requires no remapping, making it a user-friendly upgrade option. The exhaust system is made entirely of high-quality titanium alloys, which not only offers weight reduction but also increased durability in demanding conditions.

A new, profiled surface design contributes to a deep, full sound and an integrated resonance chamber optimizes performance while maintaining the characteristic sound of an Akrapovic exhaust. A special technique was used to apply the logo, further improving the quality and appearance. This exhaust system is designed for closed circuit use only and does not meet emissions requirements for street or highway use.
