YAMAHA YZ 250 F [2024-2025] - Evolution Line (Ti) exhaust system

The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Ti) exhaust system is designed specifically for the YZ250F from model year 2024 and offers an outstanding combination of performance and design. This high-quality exhaust system is made entirely of lightweight, high-grade titanium, which not only significantly reduces weight - by 19.7% or 0.8kg compared to the standard exhaust system - but also ensures improved durability in demanding conditions.

The Evolution Line (Ti) has been precisely designed to fit perfectly into the limited space of the motorcycle and is designed to be as large as possible within the available space. This allows for increased sound attenuation to minimize the impact on the natural environment while improving exhaust gas flow from the combustion chamber with as few restrictions as possible. Power and torque figures increase by an additional 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 12,500 rpm and 0.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm, demonstrated in internal dyno testing compared to a standard exhaust system.

The exhaust system offers increased response across the entire rev range and features a re-profiled surface that influences the deep, full sound, as well as an integrated resonance chamber for optimal performance, worthy of the sound of an Akrapovic exhaust. The design is rounded off by a specially applied logo, which is applied using a special technique without the use of stickers or engravings. Designed for use on closed circuits, this exhaust system is a simple plug and play installation with no remapping required.

For drivers who need to meet the new 109 dB FIM noise limits, installation of the optional V-TUV386 noise insert is mandatory. Please note that this product does not meet emissions requirements for on-road or highway use.
