YAMAHA XSR 900 [2022-2025] - Exhaust system

The Akrapovic Racing Line (Titanium) for the Yamaha XSR 900, models 2022 to 2024, represents a perfect symbiosis of traditional design and state-of-the-art technology. This exhaust system draws on a classic design first used by Akrapovic 30 years ago, now reinterpreted for today's market with innovative materials and advanced solutions.

The entire system is EC/ECE type-tested and has a catalytic converter integrated into the system that meets the requirements of the Euro 5 standard. The outer casing of the silencer is made of high-quality titanium, while all other components are made of stainless steel. The front silencer and the silencer itself are sandblasted to ensure a perfect finish. Additionally, a black coated muffler holder and two heat shields are included to protect the driver's equipment.

The muffler exit is located on the right side of the motorcycle, emphasizing the racing and retro-inspired look of the vehicle. The system delivers a deep, full and lively sound along with perfect throttle response. It increases power by 1.4 kW (1.9 hp) at 9,100 rpm and torque by 1.4 Nm at 9,800 rpm, measured on the Akrapovic dyno compared to a stock Yamaha XSR900 exhaust system. Installation is simple and does not require reconfiguration of the motor controller.
