The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha XJ 900 S diversion motorcycle model, which was produced in the years of 1994 to 2003. This accessory enables a secure and easy attachment of a compatible tank bag directly to the fuel tank of the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery of the tanking Basic includes the tanking itself and a counter holder, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the shape of the tank and the handlebar. The tank cover remains fully accessible even with fueling fueling, so that refueling is not affected.

Differences to other tanking systems:
The basic tanking works exclusively through a mechanical locking, while for example, the lock-IT fan ring also uses magnets to center. The main component, the model -specific metal ring, remains identical in both variants. It is important to note that tank bags and tanking have to come from the same system to ensure compatibility.
