The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the motorcycle model Yamaha XJ 600 S/N Diversion of the years from 1996 to 2003. This product enables a solid attachment of tank bags from the Hepco & Becker brand on the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking basic and an adaptable counter holder, which is installed depending on the tank shape and the handlebars on the tank bag. The tank cover remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking.

The installation of the tanking does not require any other components except a compatible tank bag for the motorcycle model mentioned.

To check the compatibility of the tanking with other motorcycle models, the "My Bike" database from the manufacturer or the checklist in the online shop can be used.

Differences to Lock-IT fenkringen

The basic tanking has a purely mechanical locking, in contrast to the Lock-IT fenkringen, which also use magnets for the centering. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Important: A tank bag with lock-IT counter holder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa. It must be ensured that tank bags and tanking are from the same system.
