The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha Tracer 700, model years 2016 to 2020. This accessories are used to secure a compatible tank bag directly on the fuel tank of the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery of the product includes the tanking and an adaptable counter holder, which is attached depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebar. The assembly of the tanking does not affect the accessibility of the tank cover, which can be opened without any problems even when the ring is attached.

The installation of the tanking enables easy and safe attachment of the tank bag through a mechanical locking, which ensures a clearly audible snapping when the backpack puts on. The unlocking takes place just as easily by actuating a belt on the tank bag.

Comparison: Basic and Lock-IT fenuso

The basic tanking differs from the Lock-IT model by the type of locking. While the lock-it tanking is also equipped with magnets for centering, the locking is purely mechanical for the Basic model. However, both models use the same model -specific metal ring.

It is important to note that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible within the same system. A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa.
