The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha Tracer 7 and Tracer GT models of the construction years 2021 to 2025. This accessories are used to secure a tank bag on the aforementioned motorcycle row. The scope of delivery includes the tanking and a customizable counter holder, which can be attached to the motorcycle depending on the tank shape and the handlebar.

The tank lid remains fully accessible even when tanking is attached, which simplifies handling. The tanking and a corresponding tank bag for the Yamaha Tracer 7 are the only necessary components to use this system.

To check the compatibility of the tanking with other motorcycle models, either the "my bike" database of the manufacturer or the manual checklist in the online shop can be used.

Differences to other tanking models

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the basic tanking works purely mechanically, the Lock-IT Model Magnets supports the centering of the tank bag. However, both models use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information: A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and Vice Versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
