YAMAHA TRACER 7 [2020-2025] - Exhaust system

Inspired by the concept presented at EICMA 2024, this exhaust system was specially designed by Akrapovic to seamlessly integrate into the lines of the motorcycle. The system is made of high-quality stainless steel and constructed in one piece using the most modern technologies. The catalytic converter is welded directly into the manifolds, increasing robustness and efficiency.

A special feature of this exhaust system is the hand-made carbon fiber cover that covers the outlet with a honeycomb pattern for exhaust protection and a red and white Akrapovic logo. The installation of the system is extremely simple and follows the plug-and-play principle, without the need to reconfigure the motor control system. During development, the focus was on optimal throttle response and increased power, resulting in an increase in power of 0.8 kW (1.1 hp) at 9,200 rpm and a torque increase of 0.6 Nm at 8,500 rpm compared to a Yamaha MT-07 with a standard exhaust system.

This complete exhaust system not only delivers a deep and sporty sound, but is also EC/ECE type-tested and complies with the Euro 5+ standard. It has been designed so that it can also be mounted in combination with the original Yamaha center stand and engine guards. The 28.6% (2.2 kg) weight reduction compared to the standard exhaust system highlights Akrapovic's commitment to improving performance and aesthetics.
