Hepco & Becker's tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid and World Rally of the construction years 2022 to 2024. This accessory enables a safe and easy assembly of a corresponding tank bag directly on the motorcycle.

In addition to the tanking, the tanking basic also includes the necessary counterholder, which are attached to the tank bag depending on the specific tank shape and handlebar. The assembly of the tankring does not affect the accessibility of the fuel cap, which can be easily opened even when tanking is attached.

Characteristics of the tanking basic

• Safe hold of the tank bag, even at high speeds
• Mechanical locking enables easy handling
• The tank bag is placed on the tanking and locked in audible
• Unlocking takes place via a belt on the tank bag, which is pulled in the direction of travel
• In Germany, no general operating license (ABE) is required for tank sack systems
• Recommended top speed with assembled tank bag: 130 km/h
• Recommended maximum payload: approx. 3 kg

The tanking Basic works with a purely mechanical locking, in contrast to the Lock-IT fenkringen, which are also equipped with magnets for centering. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring, but differ in the type of dome mounted on the tanking.

Please note that a tank bag with a lock-IT counterholder cannot be installed on a basic tank ring and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
