The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha MT-125 model 2020 to 2025. This accessory enables a secure and easy attachment of a compatible tank bag directly on the motorcycle.

Product features and scope of delivery

In addition to the tanking, the tanking basic also includes a customizable counter holder, which is mounted on the tank bag depending on the specific tank shape and handlebar impact. The tank lid remains fully accessible even when tanking is attached, which simplifies the use.

Technical details and operation

Due to its mechanical locking, the tanking ensures a stable hold of the tank bag, even at higher speeds. The backpack onto the ring is easy and is confirmed by an audible click. The unlocking takes place just as easily by actuating a belt on the tank bag.

Comparison with Lock-IT fenkring

While the Basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock, the lock-IT tanking supports the centering by magnets. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring, but differ in the screwed -up components on the ring.

It is important to note that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible within the same system. A change between the systems Basic and Lock-IT is not possible.
