PUIG touring screen for the VOGE 525DSX

More aerodynamic protection for travel, road and demanding wind conditions: The PUIG touring screen was developed specifically for the VOGE 525DSX [2025]. Their enlarged contour, the pronounced center channel and the side deflector shapes combine functional wind protection with a harmonious integration into the striking front of the motorcycle.

Well thought-out shape for touring and everyday life

At 540 mm high and 455 mm wide, the touring screen is 145 mm higher than the original screen. The flat upper central area supports good visibility through the window. The lower side areas act as deflectors and divert air that would otherwise hit the hands directly. A clearly defined center channel is designed to reduce turbulence.

4mm thick acrylic and three finishes

PUIG manufactures the disc in Barcelona from high-quality, 4 mm thick acrylic. Rounded edges, UV protection and a construction designed for resistance and durability complement the touring design.

Aerodynamically examined

The development was carried out using an investigation in the virtual wind tunnel. Compared to the original screen, the PUIG touring screen reduced the air pressure acting on the driver in this study by 2.5 kg or 72 percent. The larger cover is particularly designed for longer journeys and increased wind loads.
