TRIUMPH TRIDENT 660 [2021-2025] - Exhaust system

The Akrapovic Racing Line (Carbon) for the Triumph Daytona 660 is a high-quality exhaust system that consists of an outer silencer jacket made of black-coated, high-grade titanium and other parts made of stainless steel. This facility features innovative technology that allows for exceptional design for the bushes and flanges to accommodate the oval shaped header entrances. The header tubes were tapered from oval to cylindrical shape using hydroforming technique.

This exhaust system offers a significant weight saving of 3.3 kg (41%) compared to the standard system and impressive power increases of 2.6 kW (3.5 HP) at 10,000 rpm and a torque increase of +2.5 Nm at 10,000 rpm, measured on the Akrapovic test bench compared to a Trident 660 with standard exhaust system. In addition, a specially tuned resonance chamber in the connecting tube ensures a deep, full and lively sound, which creates a unique sound experience.

Exhaust system installation is plug-and-play and requires no remapping. It was developed specifically for use on race tracks and closed courses. An optional black-coated stainless steel heat shield is available. Please note that the installation of this product is not compatible with the Triumph Paddock Stand Bobbins, but is compatible with the Triumph Belly Pan, both of which are genuine accessories.
