The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic was specially developed for the Triumph Street Triple 765 LO models from 2017 to 2025. This product enables safe and easy attachment of tank bags to the machine.

The tanking basic is included in the delivery of the tanking basic and an adaptable counter holder, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the shape of the tank and handlebar. The tank cover can also be easily opened with assembled tanking.

To install the tanking basic you only need this and a suitable tank bag for the model mentioned.

Characteristics of the tanking basic

• Stable hold, even at high speeds
• Easy handling through mechanical locking
• Clearly audible snaps in the Hepco & Becker tank bag on the tanking
• Unlocking is done using a belt on the tank bag in the direction of travel
• In Germany, no general operating license (ABE) or registration is necessary
• Recommended maximum speed with assembled tank bag: 130 km/h
• Recommended maximum payload in the tank bag: approx. 3 kg
• Consideration of the specific manufacturer and model information is recommended

The tanking basic locks purely mechanically, in contrast to Lock-IT fenkring, which also uses magnets for the centering. However, both tanking models use the same model-specific metal ring.

Further important information: A tank bag with Lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with the basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
