The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Triumph Speed ​​Triple 1050 of the construction years 2008 to 2010. This accessory is used to secure a compatible tank bag directly on the fuel tank of the motorcycle.

Scope of delivery and assembly

The tanking basic is included in the tanking basic and a adaptable counter holder, which is mounted on the tank bag depending on the shape of the tank and the handlebars. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which the use considerably simplifies.

Differences to other tanking systems

The basic tanking works through a purely mechanical locking, while other systems such as the lock-IT fueling also use magnets for centering. The base of the ring, a model -specific metal ring, remains identical in both variants.

Further information: A tank bag that is designed for the lock-IT system is not compatible with basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that both the tank bag and tanking come from the same system.
