Product description: Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic for Triumph Daytona 675

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Triumph Daytona 675 and Daytona 675 R in the construction years 2013 to 2018. This accessory enables a solid and secure attachment of a compatible tank bag directly to the motorcycle tank.

Product details

The scope of delivery of this product includes the tanking itself and a customizable counter holder, which is installed depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebars on the tank bag. The tank cover remains fully accessible even when tanking is attached, which ensures uncomplicated handling.

Installation and compatibility

The assembly of the tanking is uncomplicated and only requires the combination with a suitable tank bag for the motorcycle models mentioned. Information on compatibility with other models or universal tankers can be accessed via the model-specific database or the checklist in the online shop.

Features and security

  • Reliable support even at high speeds
  • Easy operation through mechanical locking
  • Clearly audible snapping of the tank bag when putting on
  • Unlocking is done by pressing a belt on the tank bag
  • No ABE or entry in the vehicle documents in Germany necessary
  • Recommended top speed with assembled tank bag: 130 km/h
  • Recommended maximum payload: approx. 3 kg
  • Consideration of the manufacturer's information and model -specific information required

The tanking Basic differs from the lock-it tanking by its purely mechanical locking, while the lock-IT is also equipped with magnets for centering. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Additional information: A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with the basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking are part of the same system.
