Product description: Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic for Triumph Daytona 675

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Triumph Daytona 675 model from the construction years 2006 to 2012. This solution enables a tank bag to be securely and easily attached to the motorcycle.

Product scope and assembly

The scope of delivery includes the tanking basic and an adaptable counter holder, which is installed depending on the tank shape and the handlebars on the tank bag. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which the use considerably simplifies.

Compatibility and installation

For the installation of the tanking, only the purchase of a compatible tank bag for the Triumph Daytona 675 is necessary. The specific tanking of your motorcycle model can simply be assigned via the manufacturer's "Mein Bike" database or by means of a manual review in the online shop.

Characteristics of the tanking basic

  • Safe hold of the tank bag, even at higher speeds
  • Easy handling through a mechanical locking
  • Acoustic signal confirms the correct installation of the tank bag
  • Unlocking is easy by pressing a belt on the tank bag
  • No ABE or entry in vehicle documents in Germany required
  • Maximum recommended speed with assembled tank bag: 130 km/h
  • Recommended maximum weight for the tank backpack: approx. 3 kg
  • Consideration of the manufacturer's manufacturers of the motorcycle is recommended

Basic tanking differs from the lock-it fueling by the exclusively mechanical locking, without using magnets for centering. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring, but differ in the screwed -up components made of plastic or magnet.

It should also be noted that tank bags and counterholder must be system -compatible. A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not mounted on a basic tanking and vice versa.
