TRIUMPH DAYTONA 660 [2024-2025] - Exhaust System Racing Line (Carbon)

The Exhaust system Racing Line (carbon) from Akrapovic for the Triumph Daytona 660 is a complete system that consists of a black-coated, high-quality titanium outer casing of the silencer and other parts made of stainless steel. This combination not only guarantees an outstanding appearance, but also high durability and performance.

Through the use of innovative technologies, an exceptional design has been developed for the bushes and flanges to accommodate the oval shaped header entrances. The header tubes were tapered from oval to cylindrical using a hydroforming process. This system offers an impressive weight saving of 3.3kg (41%) compared to the stock system and increases power by 2.6kW (3.5hp) at 10,000rpm and torque by +2.5Nm at 10,000rpm as measured on the Akrapovic dyno compared to a Trident 660 with stock exhaust system.

A deep, full and lively sound is achieved by a specially tuned resonator in the connecting tube, which creates a unique sound experience. Installation is plug-and-play and requires no remapping, making this system ideal for use on race tracks and closed courses. An optional black coated stainless steel heat protector is available. Please note that this product is not compatible with the Triumph Paddock Stand Bobbins, but is compatible with the Triumph Belly Pan, both of which are genuine accessories.
