The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Suzuki V-Strom 800 of the construction years 2024 to 2025. This accessory makes it easier to assemble a tank bag and is characterized by its simple handling.

Properties of tanking

The tanking included in the scope of delivery and the matching counterholder can be easily adapted to the tank shape and the motorcycle handlebar. Another advantage is that the fuel cap can be opened even when tanking is attached without restrictions.

Assembly and compatibility

No further adjustments to the motorcycle are required to install the tanking. The tanking and the corresponding tank bag are specifically designed for the Suzuki V-Strom 800 model, which ensures an optimal fit and function.

Security and operation

• The tanking ensures a secure hold of the tank bag, even at high speeds.
• The mechanical locking enables easy operation, whereby the tank backpack crouches in audible.

Differences to other tankingen

Compared to the Lock-IT fenuso fuel from Hepco & Becker, which are also equipped with magnets for centering, the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It is important to note that a tank bag with lock-IT counterholder cannot be installed on a basic tanking and vice versa. It must be ensured that tank sac countertakers and tanking are compatible.
