Hepco & Becker's tanking basic for the V-Strom 1050 DE model of the construction years 2023 to 2025 is a practical solution for attaching a tank bag. This accessories are specially designed for the aforementioned motorcycle model series and enables the tank bag to assemble and easily assemble.

Installation and use

The basic tanking and the associated counter holder are attached to the tank bag, depending on the tank shape and handlebar stroke of the motorcycle. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which the use considerably simplifies.

Differences to other tanking systems

Compared to the Lock-IT system from Hepco & Becker, which also uses magnets for the centering, the basic tanking is based exclusively on a mechanical lock. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.
