Operating the KAOKO throttle stabilizer

To activate the stabilizer, the friction nut can be clamped between your little finger and the palm of your hand while accelerating. This action tightens the nut and creates enough friction to hold the throttle in the desired position. To deactivate the sway bar while releasing the throttle, grip the friction nut again and the throttle should open freely and snap closed when properly deactivated.
