How it works

The KAOKO Cruise Control Speed Stabilizer consists of a friction nut connected to a special KAOKO™ bar end weight. This weight is very similar in appearance and weight to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) bar end weight. Installation usually only requires removing the OEM bar end weight and installing the KAOKO Stabilizer Kit in its place.

Use of the stabilizer

To activate: During acceleration, the friction nut can be clamped between the pinky finger and palm to increase friction and lock the throttle at the desired opening. The friction is designed in such a way that the driver can continue to open and close the throttle valve, but with slight resistance.

To deactivate: When rolling the throttle back, the friction nut can be clamped between the pinky finger and palm again to allow the throttle to open and close freely.
