How the stabilizer works

The KAOKO stabilizer consists of a friction nut connected to a special handlebar end weight. This weight is optically and weight-matched to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) handlebar end weight. Installation is mostly very simple and only requires removing the OEM bar end weight and attaching the KAOKO kit.

To activate cruise control, roll up the throttle grip and grasp the friction nut between your pinky finger and the palm of your hand. This action tightens the nut and creates enough friction to hold the throttle grip in the desired position. The system is designed so that the driver can still open and close the throttle grip, although with a slight resistance.

To deactivate the function, grip the friction nut again while releasing the accelerator. The throttle grip should then open freely and close without resistance.
