The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Suzuki GSF 400 Bandit, built in 1991 to 1995. This part serves the safe and easy assembly of a compatible tank bag directly on the fuel tank of the motorcycle.

Product details

The set includes the tanking basic and an adaptable counterholder that is attached to the tank bag depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebar. Even with assembled tanking, access to the fuel cap remains without restrictions.

Assembly and compatibility

The installation of the tanking is uncomplicated. A specific tank bag for the Suzuki GSF 400 Bandit model is also required to fully use the system. Information on model -specific fueling rings can be found in the "My Bike" database or by manual review in the shop under the "Tankring Basic" category.

Differences to other tankingen

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the basic tanking works purely mechanically, additional magnets support the centering of the backpack on the Lock-IT model. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information: A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and Vice Versa. It must be ensured that tank bags and tanking are of the same system.
