The Evolution Line (Ti) YZ250F 2024- from Akrapovic is a sophisticated exhaust system made entirely of lightweight, high-quality titanium alloys. This design not only provides a perfect fit within the limited space on the motorcycle, but also allows for a significant weight reduction of 19.7% (0.8 kg) compared to the standard exhaust. By using different material thicknesses in different areas, optimal protection is achieved and at the same time resistance is increased under demanding conditions.

This exhaust system noticeably improves the motorcycle's power and torque, with an increase of 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 12,500 rpm and 0.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm, as tests on the company's own test bench show. The Evolution Line (Titanium) offers improved responsiveness across the entire speed range and features a newly profiled surface that influences the deep, full sound. There is also an integrated resonance chamber that ensures optimal performance while maintaining FIM noise limits.

The exhaust system is provided with a specially applied logo, which is not added through stickers or engraving, but through a special technique. Designed for use on closed circuits, this system is easy to install without the need for remapping. For drivers who need to meet the new FIM noise limits of 109 dB, installing the optional V-TUV386 noise insert is mandatory.
