The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Ti) YZ250F 2024- is an outstanding example of advanced motorcycle technology. This product is made entirely of lightweight, high quality titanium alloys. Different material thicknesses in different areas ensure optimal protection and reduce the overall weight by 19.7% (0.8 kg) compared to the standard exhaust system. The design is specifically tailored to the limited space on the motorcycle and offers improved resilience in the most demanding conditions.

The tailor-made design achieves greater sound attenuation, minimizing the impact on the natural environment, while improving the flow of exhaust gases from the combustion chamber with as few restrictions as possible. Power and torque figures increase by an additional 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 12,500 rpm and 0.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm when tested against a standard exhaust system on the in-house dyno. The Evolution Line (Titanium) offers increased response across the entire rev range and features a re-profiled surface that influences the deep, full sound, as well as an integrated resonance chamber for optimal performance that meets FIM competition noise limits.

The product is completed by a specially applied logo on the surface, using no stickers or engravings, but a different logo addition technique. Designed for use on closed circuits, installation is simple and does not require reconfiguration of the engine controls. For drivers who need to meet the new FIM noise limit of 109 dB, installing the optional V-TUV386 noise insert is mandatory.
