KAWASAKI NINJA 500 [2024] - Slip-On Line (Titanium)

The Slip-On Line (Titanium) from Akrapovic is a high-quality exhaust system that was specially developed for the Kawasaki Ninja 500 / Z500 of the 2024 model year. This system is characterized by its construction of high grade titanium for the outer casing of the silencer, complemented by a carbon fiber end cap and a connecting pipe and internal structure of the silencer made of stainless steel. The innovative design results in a weight reduction of 32% (1.3 kg) compared to the standard exhaust system.

The Slip-On Line (Titanium) not only offers an impressive look, but also noticeably improves throttle response and produces a deep, powerful sound. Tests on the Akrapovic dyno revealed a power increase of 0.3 kW (0.4 hp) at 8,750 rpm and a torque increase of 0.3 Nm at 5,000 rpm compared to the standard exhaust. Installation is simple and requires no reconfiguration of the motor controller, making it a user-friendly upgrade option.

This product complies with EC/ECE type approval - Euro5+, a new regulation applicable from 2024. For those wanting further improvements, a carbon fiber heat shield is available as an optional accessory, as is a manifold that provides even more power and a more racing sound, but removes the EC/ECE Slip-On Line (Titanium) type approval.
