Construction

The motorcycle handlebar achieves its market-leading strength-to-weight ratio thanks to efficient use of materials and computer-assisted taper wall profiling, which reduces weight while improving strength, durability and flex properties.

Made from an exclusive 7010 T6 aluminum, this handlebar features a specially developed alloy to effectively reduce vibrations. The shot-blasted surface structure also increases the service life and durability of the handlebars.

Manufacturing

Exclusively manufactured in the Renthal Factory, this handlebar goes through a 17-step advanced manufacturing process, from the delivery of raw materials to the finished handlebar.

Testing

Each handlebar design undergoes intensive testing that examines strength, durability, material integrity, surface finish, impact resistance and dimensional accuracy. Valuable feedback is obtained from top-class racing teams in order to advance the development of the ultimate handlebar.
