The INTERMITENTS STAR indicators are available in two sizes: short arm (69x42mm) and long arm (89x42mm). PUIG also offers two variants of indicator lenses: tinted and clear.

When replacing the original indicators with the INTERMITENTS STAR, the flashing frequency may change as it depends on the current in the circuit. Most motorcycles use bimetallic relays whose frequency changes with the current. However, if your motorcycle has an electronic relay, the frequency will remain the same regardless of the current. It is recommended to check the flashing frequency after installing the new indicators.

When replacing incandescent turn signals with LED versions that require lower power, there are two ways to regulate the flashing frequency:

• A resistor connection in parallel to the right and left circuit may be necessary. When replacing all four indicators, resistor Ref. 4298O should be used; when replacing only two indicators, resistor Ref. 5873O should be used.
• Replacing the flasher relay with a suitable model from our range may also be necessary to ensure the hazard warning light functions correctly.

Note: Before installation, it is advisable to check the flashing frequency by turning the motorcycle ignition to “off” and then switching it back to “on” to activate the flashing function.
