Cruise control speed stabilizer operation:

The device is activated by tightening the friction nut between the little finger and the palm while turning on the gas. This action creates enough friction to keep the throttle grip in the desired position. Despite the friction, the driver can still open and close the throttle, although with a slight resistance.
