Product description: Tanking Basic for Kawasaki ZRX 1200

This tanking basic from Hepco & Becker is specially designed for the Kawasaki ZRX 1200 from the construction years 2001 to 2007. It serves the safe and easy attachment of a tank bag on the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and an adaptable counter holder, which is attached to the tank shape and the handlebar attack on the tank bag. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even when fueled.

The installation of the tanking enables a firm and safe anchoring of the tank bag, which is simply put on and securely fixed by a mechanical lock. The unlocking takes place via a belt on the front part of the tank bag in the direction of travel, which makes it easy to remove.

Differences to other tankingen

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the Lock-IT tanking also uses magnets for the centering, the locking is only mechanical for basic tanking. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It should also be noted that tank bags and counterholder within the same system must be compatible in order to ensure correct function.
