The Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic is specially designed for the Kawasaki ZR-7 and ZR-7S models from 1999 to 2003. This product enables a safe and easy assembly of a tank bag on the machine.

The scope of delivery of this system includes the tanking basic and a customizable counter holder, which is attached to the tank bag according to the tank shape and the handlebar. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even when tanking is attached.

The installation of the tanking requires no other components except a compatible tank bag for the aforementioned Kawasaki models.

Differentiation to Lock-IT fenkringen:

While the basic function and operation remain identical, the Basic tanking differs from the purely mechanical locking from the lock-IT tankingen, which also use magnets for the centering. Both tanker types use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information:

A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
