The top case carrier from GIVI, specially developed for the Honda Hornet 600 built between 2020 and 2024, is a robust solution for mounting Monokey or Monolock cases. This motorcycle part makes it possible to significantly expand the functionality of the motorcycle through additional storage space.

Compatibility and assembly

The carrier is compatible with various plate models, including the MONOKEY plates M5, M7, M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B as well as the MONOLOCK plates M5M and M6M. It is also possible to use a luggage rack made of anodized aluminum EX2M, although it should be noted that the M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B plates exclude the installation of brake lights or a remote control.

Technical details and resilience

The maximum load varies depending on the type of case used. When using a MONOKEY plate, the maximum load is 10 kg, but is reduced to 6 kg when using the M8A, M8B, M9A or M9B plates. For MONOLOCK cases the maximum load is 3 kg.
