The GIVI brand top case carrier was developed specifically for the Kawasaki Versys 650 built between 2015 and 2016. This motorcycle part offers the option of securely attaching both Monokey and Monolock cases to the vehicle.

Compatible plates and installation instructions

The top case carrier can be mounted using various plates that are not included in the scope of delivery. The plates M5, M7, M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B are suitable for Monokey cases. The plates M5M and M6M as well as the luggage rack made of anodized aluminum EX2M are suitable for Monolock cases.

Note: The use of plates M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B excludes the installation of brake lights and/or a remote control.

Load limits

The maximum load varies depending on the case system used. When using the Monokey plates, the maximum load is 10 kg, but is reduced to 6 kg for the M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B plates. For Monolock cases the limit is 3 kg.

• GIVI products are designed exclusively for use on vehicles in their original condition. Compatibility with third-party accessories, such as other exhaust systems, cannot be guaranteed.
• Installation of the top case carrier should ideally be carried out by a qualified specialist mechanic to ensure correct assembly and safe operation.
