KAWASAKI KLX 140 G [2017-2024] - Exhaust system

The GPR exhaust system for the Kawasaki KLX 140G models from 2017 to 2024 offers a high-quality alternative to the standard exhaust. This complete racing exhaust system, known as Deeptone Inox, is made from 304 stainless steel and features a TIG weld on the cone. With a diameter of 80MM and a round shape, it improves both the appearance and performance of the motorcycle.

Installing the exhaust system does not require any structural changes to the motorcycle. It includes specific stainless steel elbows with the appropriate flanges, bushings, brackets and screws. This allows for easy assembly. An important aspect is that the installation removes the catalytic converter, which could potentially affect official vehicle maintenance.

Additionally, if racing components are used, a reconfiguration of the ECU may be necessary, especially if further modifications such as the installation of a sports air filter have been made. The exhaust system features a removable dB killer intended for racing use. However, removing the dB killer is prohibited by law when the motorcycle is used on public roads.
