KAWASAKI KLX 140 [2008-2024] - Exhaust system

The exhaust system from GPR, specially developed for the Kawasaki KLX 140 models from 2008 to 2024, offers a high-quality alternative to the standard exhaust. This complete system, known as Deeptone Inox, is made from 304 stainless steel and features TIG welding on the cone, ensuring exceptional durability and quality. With a diameter of 80MM and a round shape, this exhaust system not only improves the look but also the performance and sound of the motorcycle.

Installing the exhaust system does not require any structural changes to the motorcycle. The set includes all necessary components such as specific elbows, flanges, bushings, brackets and screws, allowing for easy assembly. However, it should be noted that installation will remove the catalytic converter, which may not be suitable for all official vehicle maintenance. In some cases, reconfiguration of the ECU may be necessary, especially if additional modifications such as the installation of a sports air filter have been made.

The exhaust system includes a removable DB killer (noise dampener) intended for racing use. However, removal of the DB Killer is prohibited by law and is the responsibility of the customer if the motorcycle is used exclusively on race tracks. Any misuse of this configuration on the road will result in the loss of the warranty and all claims for reimbursement.
