How it works:

Operating the KAOKO Cruise Control is incredibly easy. To activate the control, the friction nut is pinched between the little finger and the palm of the hand while opening the throttle. This creates friction sufficient to hold the throttle in the desired position. However, the friction is designed so that the driver can still open and close the throttle grip, albeit with a slight resistance.

To deactivate the control, simply release the throttle grip and relax the friction nut so that the throttle grip can move freely and automatically returns to the starting position.
