The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic was specially developed for the Kawasaki ER-6N models and ER-6F from the construction years 2009 to 2011. This accessories are used to secure and easily attach a tank bag on the machine.

Installation and function

The tanking and a customizable counter holder, which is attached to the tank shape and the handlebars on the tank bag, are included in the scope of delivery. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which makes it easier to use in everyday life.

Differences to other tankingen

The basic tanking differs primarily from the lock-it system by the type of locking. While the Lock-IT tanking also uses magnets for centering, the locking is purely mechanically on the basic model. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Further information: A tank bag with Lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with the basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
